Signals' Email Alerts

In order to receive our signals email-alerts, first, you have to register (activate) your email address in our members' area:

  1. After you subscribe for the service, log into the signals members' area;
  2. Proceed to the signals email-alerts page (use the "email-alerts" link at the top-right corner on the main signals page - right beyound the login);
  3. Submit your email address;
  4. Make sure your email address is spelled correctly and that the status is set to "Active".

When we publish a new signal or make any changes (change exit or stop-loss price) in an existing signal, we will send out a new email-alert that reflects any such changes. Email-alerts will be issued immediately after any changes having been made. In addition, after the market closes, we review our signals and then send out a summary daily email–alert that reflects the most recent changes made to a signal. If a signal remains unchanged, we still send out daily email alert where we state it.

If by any reason you do not receive our email alerts -

Visit our members' signals area and check whether the QQQ or SPY signals have been recently changed/updated. The most recent signal changes will always be posted at the top on QQQ and SPY signals pages. If you ever miss one of our email-alerts or you would like to confirm a received alert, it is best practice to check the site, as the signals' information posted in the members' area is always current.

Also, it is recommended checking the status of your email-alert setting. make sure that the status is "active" and there are no typos in your email address you registered with us. In case everything looks ok and you are still missing our emails on a regular basis, try to submit a different email address, just to be exclude the possibility your email provider is filtering your email. If you are still missing our signal email-alerts, it could be helpful to send a test email to yourself to see whether filtering is the cause of the problem.

SPAM security is probably one of the main reason why our signal email alerts may not reach a recipient. Many Internet service providers by default may filter out emails from anyone not listed in their friends' address book. It is recommended checking your spam/junk folder on regular basis to see whether your email provider started to block our signal alerts. It is always a good practice to have our email address in your friends list as it gives some degree of confidence that email alerts are not filtered in your Junk folder.

Please note that all of these problems are beyond our control (and sometimes even beyond our customers' control).
